**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals for pipeline growth and revenue generation.
- Develop an innovative content development strategy and oversee execution.
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies.
- Implement and monitor key marketing metrics such as customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, marketing ROI, and customer retention and attrition.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Oversee the Marketing Manager who is responsible for CRM administration, marketing automation, website and event management.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and professional development.
- Create and manage a marketing budget that aligns with company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,



or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing. Experience in the language industry, SaaS or regulated health industries is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with sales counterparts and other stakeholders.
