Customer Service Expertise: Use your skills to build strong relationships with customers and enhance their buying experience.
Connecting with Care: Delivering outstanding customer service to our valued clients with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Solving Problems: Handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns quickly and effectively.
Upholding Standards: Meeting performance goals and contributing to our company's high service standards to recommend and sell a variety of AT&T; products and services to meet customers' needs. Help customers grow their business by adding new services to their accounts.
- **Who We're Looking For**:_
To excel in this role you'll need:
Fluency in English: Both written and spoken, with exceptional communication skills.
Prior Sales Experience Experience and excellent communication skills.
Empathy and Problem-Solving skills:



The ability to see problems from a customer's perspective and resolve them with care.
Strong Organizational Skills: A knack for staying on top of tasks and delivering results.
Advanced English proficiency to engage with U.S. customers.
Availability to work Monday to Saturday

- **Compensation**:_
Base salary of $20,775 MXN before taxes.
Commissions ranging from $8,000 to $24,000 MXN.

Service window: Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm (schedule may adjust considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)
40 hours per week
Full-time, on site position.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
