We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as a **Junior Data Analyst**. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with data, learning about supply chain operations, and supporting our team in analyzing key metrics and processes. This is a great opportunity to develop your analytical skills while gaining exposure to procurement practices, carrier pricing methodologies, and industry tools.
**Requirements**:
- **+1 year** of experience in data analysis or a related field (internships or academic projects count!).
- Fluent English (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related field (or relevant coursework in analytics and statistics).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and a willingness to learn Power BI and other tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
**Preferred**:
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI,



Tableau) or basic SQL knowledge.
- Exposure to Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or process automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with **transportation rate analysis** and cost-saving projects.
- Support the team in **data cleansing, report generation, and basic analytics**.
- Help develop **Power BI dashboards** and reports under guidance.
- Participate in **client review calls** to understand data insights and business needs.
- Contribute to **internal improvement initiatives** and new client projects.
- Maintain attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
