**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the financial operations of the maquiladora, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Implement and monitor financial procedures and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage and lead the finance team, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present accurate budgets and financial statements to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial audits and tax filings.




- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Experiência y requisitos
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a controller position within a maquiladora or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in implementing financial procedures and systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office, Contpaq, TRESS.
