Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator supporting the Marketing and Sales Team, you will be trusted to work on marketing strategies and execution at our Mexico location.
IN THIS ROLE, A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:
- Supporting and monitoring marketing activities with main channels, including trade marketing, optical, ophthalmologists, government, and patient annual plans.
- Developing and implementing promotional material to support the sales force.
- Coordinating event presence and execution.
- Collaborating with KA Trade Marketing on the design and implementation of promotional actions negotiated during the year.
- Ensuring compliance follow-up and closing of all activities.
- Developing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing actions.
- Generating sellout reports during campaign periods.
- Tracking medical samples.
- Preparing business result reports, including DDD, Monitor, and PMM.
- Analyzing market data to determine business participation.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing and/or sales.
- Technical Skills: Experience in marketing strategy execution, data analysis, event coordination, and compliance processes.
- Behaviors: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work cross-functionally, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
