**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a data-driven Director of SEO to lead our organic growth strategy, ensuring Landing ranks competitively in search engines and captures high-intent traffic. This role will own end-to-end SEO initiatives, from technical optimization to content strategy, and work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to drive measurable results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** SEO Strategy & Execution**:Develop and implement a scalable SEO roadmap to increase Landing’s visibility and organic traffic.
- ** Content Optimization**:Collaborate with content creators to produce and optimize SEO-friendly pages targeting high-intent keywords.
- ** Technical SEO**: Partner with engineering to ensure site architecture, indexing, page speed, and other technical SEO factors align with best practices.
- ** Local & Programmatic SEO**: Expand Landing’s presence through location-based and dynamic content strategies.
- ** Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis**:Identify ranking opportunities and gaps, using insights to inform content and site optimizations.
- ** Link Building & Authority Growth**: Drive backlink strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.




- ** SEO Analytics & Reporting**:Track performance metrics, test hypotheses, and continuously refine the strategy based on data-driven insights.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in marketplace, real estate, or travel industries.
- Expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
- Strong understanding of programmatic SEO and scaling content efficiently.
- Willingness to utilize the latest AI tools to maximize impact
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to implement SEO-friendly site changes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish and ability to work in office
