The ES M&A; Senior Analyst/Consultant will be responsible for supporting the ES M&A; Deal Lead through an end to end acquisition integration journey and may drive or support one primary integration workstream or multiple integration sub-workstreams depending on deal volume and complexity. The role collaborates with a team of ES functional specialists and diverse partners to achieve integration milestones and activities, with a strong emphasis on delivering an engaging and inspiring employee experience that supports acquisition objectives. Success in this role requires a solid level of data fluency, including expertise in data manipulation and analysis. Experience in at least one other HR discipline—such as operations, analytics, generalist functions, employee experience, or Workday—is highly valued. Our nimble team thrives on adaptability, often flexing responsibilities to meet the dynamic needs of each deal.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Operational and Analytical Support: Provide critical support to deal leads on ES integration activities and milestones, including ES M&A; due diligence tasks such as data room tracking, initial data analysis, and managing data requests from acquired leaders.
- Reporting and Insights: Create, maintain,



and support standard and custom reports, queries, and metrics to offer actionable insights into acquired employee data. Support key ES M&A; programs and activities with data-driven solutions.
- Trend Analysis and Recommendations: Assess trends and metrics related to acquired employee culture, satisfaction, and engagement. Collaborate with ES M&A; deal leads to propose actionable recommendations for improvements or program enhancements.
- Multi-Deal Focus: Manage one or more concurrent deals or multiple integration tracks within larger transactions, depending on volume and complexity.
- Stakeholder Management
- Integral Collaboration: Partner with virtual and extended ES COE teams to ensure consistent delivery of designated ES M&A; workstream plans across regions, adhering to local policies and processes.
- Cross Functional Engagement: Work closely with teams such as Corporate Development, Finance, IT, and other collaborators to implement M&A; workstreams, proactively seeing around corners, solving issues, and calling out risks as needed.
- Enablement Support: Deliver influential internal presentations to ensure stakeholders are enabled and aligned on our deal milestones and strategy such as internal deal briefing sessions, weekly internal integration meetings, data and survey analysis insights.
- M&A; Employee Experience
- Support Employee Integration: Lead or assist in initiatives such as M&A; employment packages,



background investigations, addressing employee inquiries, and managing employee communications. Gain proficiency in M&A-specific; tools and technologies to streamline processes.
- Employee Experience Programs: Design and implement impactful employee-facing programs, including information sessions, onboarding initiatives, and deal celebration activities to enhance engagement and integration.
- Systems and Process
- Enhance Technology Platforms: Evaluate and optimize M& HR technology solutions to address process gaps. Lead AI driven initiatives and assist with system enhancements by gathering requirements, managing intake requests, conducting UAT, and implementing changes.
- Drive Process Improvements: Lead or support process improvement projects aimed at scaling ES M&A; operations. Leverage automation while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Partner with ES and cross functional teams to continuously refine the ES M&A; playbook.
- Train and Onboard: Oversee the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they are equipped to contribute effectively to M&A; initiatives.
**Requirements for Success**
- Data Fluency: Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets, including the use of sophisticated formulas and functionality for working with large datasets. This skill is essential for success in the role.
- Workday HCM: Experience with Workday HCM or similar HR technology platforms is highly preferred, particularly in data management, reporting, and system integration.
- Predictive Analytics & Data Visualization: Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques and experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau to present data-driven insights.
