This position (together with the SEH analyst) provides environmental support to the site. Individual is accountable for: supporting SEH activities at his/her location(s); ensuring documents are available. Position is responsible for: support site ISO certifications; reporting of SEH metrics; being conducted at any time according to Danfoss Ethics and Values.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Support and promotes zero incident SEH culture throughout site. Work with site leadership team and facilities to ensure that all key SEH operational controls are in place.
- Support and facilitates SEH engagement through SEH teams and committees needed to accomplish the established targets and objectives for the year.
- Support some SEH processes (Gembas, audits, Environmental documentation)
- Support on the risk assessment process to determine environmental impacts and aspects
- Support and implement operational controls to avoid environmental risk
- Support all environmental and safety initiatives and campaigns
**Background & Skills**:
- **Active student** in Environmental Engineering or similar.
- Knowledge in Environmental basis as Management systems (ISO14001:2015)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Basic Knowledge of Mexican environmental, health and safety regulatory laws
- Sense of urgency
- Proactive and organized.
- Teamwork player
