**Success Attributes**
- Likely an International Contractor (see comp rate)
- Confident but approachable (easy to talk to)
- Well spoken in **both** English & Spanish (articulate, professional, polished)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self starter (they create/find/do the work)
- Organized
- Experience in **sales** of services or education programs is idóneo
- Nice to have some experience/exposure to immigration law or legal work and/or sales training development
**Responsibilities**
- Create & manage a sales pipeline for the University
- Contribute to efforts to meet/exceed sales goals
- Prepare for/host sale discovery phone calls/mtgs with potential new customers (Q&A;)
- Process new registrations
- Create & send new contracts following processes to handoff to finance/operations
- Onboard new students, law firms, companies, owners (communication, links,
resources, set up in LMS, etc)
- Assist with student/customer communication & general customer service
- Prepare for/host monthly sales training for internal & external learners
- Prepare for/host or co-host other training, events, & meetings as assigned
- Prepare for, attend, & participate in various weekly meetings
- Assist with recurring newsletter
- Assist with marketing efforts
- Contribute to the development of approved new content, creating/submitting training videos, slide decks, & quizzes
- Assist with managing/maintaining the LMS
- Assist with scheduling/managing/maintaining central calendars
- Adhere to New Frontier University & New Frontier Immigration Law standard operating procedures & policies
- Other duties as assigned/as program continues to grow
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Spanish is _required _(Bilingual)
- Comfortable on camera making content/training videos
- Comfortable hosting live sales trainings, meetings, & other events
- Great at selling a product/service
**Compensation & Benefits**
- $10-$12/hour USD depending on experience
- Note: Paid as a "true" independent contractor, required to submit regular invoices of activities to DOO
**Schedule**
- Generally need to be available to work M-F, 9-5 AZ
- Note: We could probably flex on the times for the right person as long as they were available for _some_ work M-F (the right person can work with me on establishing their schedule)
