Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an _Operations Manager _located in _Guadalajara, North_._
- Reporting to the Director, Process Engineering, Operations Manager role involves_ _Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels._
- _ Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI._
- _ Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints._
- _ Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence._
- _ Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement,



production and engineering services policies and practices._
- _ Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews._
- _ Coach and mentor Operations team._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- _ Proven experience in WO closure and management, ensuring timely and accurate completion of production processes._
- _ Advanced English_
- _ Strong background in personnel management, including workforce planning, development, and performance oversight._
- _ Expertise in Work In Progress analysis to optimize production flow and minimize operational bottlenecks._
- _ Demonstrated ability to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and productivity._
- _ Proficient in conducting 4Q analysis to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement._
- _ Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of effective collaboration and leadership with CFTs._
