**Role Overview**:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy in both value and quantity by overseeing the proper execution of inventory control processes within IMI. This role also involves coordinating and implementing necessary actions to maintain a reliability rate of over 99%.
**Work Environment**:This role is based on-site at our Querétaro plant.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Warehouse team towards high performance by strengthening internal processes in an environment of continuous improvement.
- Ensure the reliability of inventory in the Transportation sector in a percentage greater than 99% both in value and quantity by part number.
- Communicate efficiently to the interested areas and provide the corresponding information for the analysis of the inventory discrepancies detected and establish the corresponding actions to avoid recurrence.
- Collaborate with the Production, Quality and Engineering areas in the correct handling and reporting of the scrap system and containment material.
- Organize the IMI Annual Inventory ensuring efficient and effective execution.
- Manage warehouse resources optimally, guaranteeing total coverage of operations: receipt, supply, cycle counts, invoicing, shipping and shipments.
- Lead the Warehouse team towards high performance by strengthening internal processes in an environment of continuous improvement.

- Monitor and follow up on the correct transmission of customer Advanced Shipping Notice’s (ASNs) on a daily basis.
- Ensure that all necessary actions are established and executed to ensure an optimal shipment process that guarantees maintaining a 99% OTD
- Participate in the necessary meetings, providing relevant information for the management and the business.
**Critical Competencies for Success**:
- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years leading inventory control and warehouse operations, with a proven track record of optimizing processes and ensuring accuracy.
- Familiarity with CPMI, production, and inventory administration (preferred).
- Demonstrated supervisory experience, successfully managing and developing teams to drive efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
- Bilingual proficiency in English (required); additional language skills are a plus.
