**The Job**:
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support, automation, and data analytics while working with modern tools like Jira, Power BI, and Microsoft automation solutions.
**What you will be doing**:
- Assist internal users with Jira support and troubleshooting.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to help teams make data-driven decisions.
- Assist with publishing new releases - help coordinate and track software or system updates.
- Work with Windows Server environments
- Help automate processes using the Microsoft suite (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps) or by developing simple custom solutions with code.
**What could set you apart**:
- Basic experience with Jira and familiarity.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate issues.
- Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and highly organized.
- Understanding of Windows Server (Azure experience is a plus).
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- RFC
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
