**Responsibilities**:
- Lead implementation onsite for MIBA AG100
- Managment of Quentic software
- Implement and enforce environmental, health and safety policies
- Manage and direct site in achieving EHS targets & objectives
- Develop an EHS culture that truly believe in the goal that all incidents can be prevented
- Conduct workplace inspections and audits
- Design and deliver safety training programs and sessions
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to prevent accident
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, or related field
- Ability to manage personnel and multiple priorities
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Familiarity with current environmental, health and safety regulations
- Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal skills
- Conflict Resolution skills and leadership skills
- English Language (Advanced (preferable)
