**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Coordinate and strictly oversee project activities to ensure flawless execution and timely completion.
- Work together with engineers and collaborators to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and assigned.
- Monitor project progress and determine necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Support effective communication and build positive relationships among team members, collaborators, and clients.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the project's success.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations.
- Support the engineering team in resolving technical issues and successfully implement solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
**Who You Are**:
- At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management,



preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.

- Experience in the engineering industry, particularly with knowledge of project management methodologies.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.Proficiency in English.
