Home Sweet Home Productions LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Booking Consultant to support our growing real estate content production team. This role requires a strong administrative background, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. The Booking Consultant will coordinate schedules and create efficient routes for our photographers, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier service for our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule bookings for real estate content production, ensuring efficient routing for photographers.
- Maintain organized records and documentation, tracking client requests and booking details accurately.
- Work closely with other team members to meet client needs and optimize workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries and resolving scheduling issues promptly.
- Conduct light sales tasks, upselling services and building client relationships where appropriate.
**Requirements**:




- Proven experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal Apple device.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with comfort and confidence in phone interactions.
- Previous experience in sales, with a client-focused approach to relationship building.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry or related fields is strongly preferred.
- Team-oriented mindset, able to work collaboratively in a professional setting.
