**Your Impact**:
As **Director of Operations**, you will be responsible for overseeing **end-to-end production processes, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence** within our automotive manufacturing facilities. Your leadership will be crucial in driving **lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and high-performance manufacturing strategies** to enhance productivity and maintain our position as a **trusted partner** for global OEMs.
This role requires **deep expertise in metal and plastic manufacturing**, including **injection molding, stamping, and assembly processes**, ensuring that our production meets the highest industry standards while continuously innovating and adapting to market demands.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute **strategic operational plans** aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on efficiency, quality, and growth.
- Oversee **end-to-end manufacturing processes**,
ensuring seamless coordination between production, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Lead **continuous improvement initiatives** through **Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational best practices**.
- Drive **efficiency in metal and plastic component production**, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Optimize supply chain management, enhancing **supplier relationships, procurement strategies, and inventory control**.
- Implement **performance metrics and KPIs** to monitor and improve operational effectiveness.
- Foster a **high-performance, results-driven culture**, mentoring and empowering cross-functional teams.
- Ensure **compliance with automotive industry standards**, including **IATF 16949 and ISO 9001**.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational strategies with **business expansion and innovation goals**.
**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
✔ **Experience**:
- ** 10+ years** of leadership experience in **automotive manufacturing operations**.
- Proven track record in **overseeing production of metal and plastic components** (injection molding, stamping, assembly).
- Expertise in **lean manufacturing,
operational excellence, and supply chain optimization**.
- Strong ability to **lead cross-functional teams and drive large-scale projects**.
- ✔ **Languages**:Advanced English** (capable of leading technical discussions and executive meetings).
- ✔ **Technical Skills**:
- Deep knowledge of **IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing**.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in **budgeting, cost optimization, and process efficiency**.
