This Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing and coordinating the agendas, trips, meetings, services, budget, reports, procedures, and all administrative activities required by the General Management, as well as the management of travel and expense verifications of the Directors and Deputy Directors. Always maintaining a high sense of urgency, organization, communication, effectiveness, and customer focus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate the agendas, with a high sense of urgency and organization.
- Plan, book business trips, and check expenses, using the tools assigned by the company for this purpose.
- Coordinate the logistics of events and corporate visits of Committee's members, in support of the service areas of each entity.
- Perform budget projection, manage and store information, as well as procedures and payments.
- Coordinate and manage various services (Security, Transportation, Lodging, Correspondence, Food, etc.) and resolve emerging problems inherent to the position.
- Maintain effective and constant communication with Managers, Management Assistants, Suppliers, Clients, and other key stakeholders; as well as attend the periodic MD Office meetings to align agendas.
**Application Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least three years of experience supporting Top Management, Directors, and/or Vice presidents.
- Language:



At least have an Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Office Suite and Outlook.
- Experience with relevant tools: Concur (for travel expense reports), SAP (for purchase orders); experience with travel booking platforms is a plus.
**Travel Requirements**: Capable of traveling approximately 20% (annually).
