**Job Description Summary**: GE Aerospace is looking for an Bachelor’s Degree student to work with the Operations Team managing request for quotes for the GEIQ organization to fulfill business requirements.
**Essential Responsibilities**
- Support in the contracts lifecycle: Preparation, negotiation, execution.
- Maintain, manage, document, project funding workflows, for GEIQ Aerospace.
- Maintain the invoicing process activities to this type of charges.
- Support the process improvement by means of using Lean tools.
- Provide monthly reports of the funding received.
- Provide support to the Operations team metrics and reports.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor´s degree with minimum 1 year before graduating.
- Basic knowledge on Request for Quotes.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Manage multiple tasks with ability to prioritize activities and promptly raise blocking issues.
- Advanced management on Office, Web Tools and Databases.
