Job Overview:
**Requirements**:
Review and update our existing 3D models to ensure they’re ready for rendering, and adapt models from V-Ray to work with the Corona render engine.
Create organized ‘Room Kits’ in 3ds Max by assembling all the 3D assets needed for specific rooms, such as kitchens or living rooms.
Collaborate with our Lead Interior Designer to ensure ‘Room Kits’ meet our clients’ brand standards.
Create realistic 3D landscaping features, including vegetation like grass, trees, and flowers, as well as hardscape elements like walkways, sidewalks, and roads.
Design stunning, photorealistic 3D virtual stagings for interior spaces, balancing precision, quick turnaround, and visual appeal.
Design 3D lighting effects, such as uplighting, for outdoor elements like plants and building exteriors, to be seamlessly blended into architectural photos.
Produce renders of interior room assets from our library, bringing unlit spaces to life with your lighting and rendering skills.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in creating photorealistic 3D virtual staging, landscaping,



and realistic uplighting for architectural photography.
Expert in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max.
Skilled in V-Ray and Corona rendering for photorealistic outputs.
Experienced in digital asset management using tools like Adobe Bridge and Lightroom.
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in architectural landscape creation is a major plus.
Knowledge of photorealistic rendering techniques.
Experience in a marketing or architectural photography environment.
Detail-oriented with a passion for quality.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Pay: $30,000.00 per month
