We are looking for a dedicated and proficient **Solution Architect I**who will focus on designing and implementing technology solutions using modern web frameworks like Next.js and React for our e-commerce platform.
**Responsibilities**
- Design high-level architecture for web-based solutions using Next.js and React
- Establish architectural frameworks and provide technical direction to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and performant
- Develop detailed architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints to guide development teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective solutions
- Engage with DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline deployment and maintenance processes
- Mentor development teams towards adhering to architectural best practices and overcoming technical challenges
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve solution scalability, performance, and reliability
**Requirements**:
- 8+ years in web-based software engineering with expertise in React, Next.js, and Spring Boot
- 2+ years in a Solutions Architect role involving microservice and containerized architectures
- Proficiency in API and integration standards
- Demonstrated competency in designing solutions compliant with WCAG standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English skills at a B2+ level
**Nice to have**
- Previous experience in the large-scale eCommerce industry
- Familiarity with APM tools like DataDog
- Competency in DevOps practices and tools including Gitlab or Jenkins
- Passion for the hospitality industry




- Experience with CMS and API-driven development
