Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Tijuana.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques
- Experience in executing continuous improvement projects to enhance labor utilization, with knowledge of various lean tools for identifying waste in production lines."
- Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.
- Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
- Define equipment maintenance requirements,



identify root-causes of equipment failures and develop hands-on maintenance skills Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products and may develop corrective and preventive action plans
- May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products
- Problem-solving in line sustainment through the use of Six Sigma methodology tools,
- challenging variation among equipment and people.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Advanced English
- Experience in statistics
- Software Validations
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies
- Creates functional processes or technologies
- Executes functional strategic plans and objectives at the site.
- Collaborate in Process Improvement initiatives.
- Define and monitor KPI for operation.
