**Quality Specialist (QPC)**

**YOUR TASKS**
Responsible quality engineer for designated products in series production and interface to customer quality. Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation/portals and statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to improve the product quality continuously.
- Timely processing of customer complaints according customer requirements (customer portals, 8D report, problem solving documentation, etc.). Creating risk analyses (FMEA) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check.




- Identification of quality and service problems and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check.
- Maintenance/updating of the quality assurance plan for series production in alignment with manufacturing engineer / mechanical engineer (Control Plan, FMEA, Parts History List, etc.).
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
**Skills**:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends and issues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in conducting inspections and maintaining documentation.
- Communication Skills: Effective in training staff and reporting findings.
- Customer Service Expertise: Experience in quality customer service FORD, GM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree: in Mechanical, electrical, electronic, electromechanical engineer or a related field.
- Experience: More than 2 years of job-related experience.
- Advanced English.
