**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the successful operation of all stores within the district. - Set and achieve sales targets, while maintaining profitability and controlling expenses.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).




- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a District Manager or similar role within the beauty industry.
- Experience managing multiple stores simultaneously, with a minimum of 5 stores preferred.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.**
