We’re looking for talented, curious individuals who want to join our team and help bring forward new treatments for some of the world’s most challenging diseases. This position is part of the Center of Excellence, where we will provide support to our marketing operations teams across Latin America, through different areas such as Events, Payments, Materials and more.
The role offers great exposure to several markets within Latin America and provides the opportunity to learn how our marketing operations works across the region. It also allows you to get involved in cross-functional projects, both within the department and with other departments across the organization. The hub is based in Mexico City.
What You Will Do




- Provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing Team
- Support the management of events & payments.
- Create purchase orders in ERP system
- Track progress of requests made to vendors/agencies
- Update databases with information related to agencies and contracts
- Organize meetings, take minutes.
- Follow up on actions assigned by supervisor or managers
What You Need To Have
Studies in Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English, written and verbally.
**Detail oriented, with strong organizational and problem solving skills.**
**Proactive attitude and self-motivated to achieve goals.**
**Team player.**
**Highly effective communication skills.**
**Excellent customer service orientation.**
