**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advance English level (must)
- AutoCAD (upper intermedium)
- Excel (upper intermedium)
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities management or construction supervision, preferably in a corporate environment.
**Activities**
- Oversee the construction process of the site, ensuring all work meets the company’s specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors on-site, managing daily operations to ensure safety and compliance with legal and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress, resolve issues, and ensure the proper handling of materials and equipment.
- Ensure construction milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Manage the process of acquiring necessary permits and licenses for the construction and operation of the new site in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate and facilitate inspections as required by local authorities,
ensuring all compliance issues are addressed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and codes related to building construction, occupancy, and safety.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and property management, ensuring that communication is clear and effective.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, property owners, and other external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the company’s management team to ensure that facilities-related concerns are addressed promptly.
- Develop and implement an ongoing plan for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility post-construction.
- Oversee facility-related operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure the safety and comfort of all staff.
- Manage facility budgets, ensuring that operations and projects are completed within financial constraints.
