**Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant**
We’re looking for an experienced **Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant** to lead large-scale CRM implementations and help clients maximize the platform’s capabilities. You’ll leverage your expertise in **Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing** to design tailored solutions that drive business success.
**Qualifications**
- **5+ years** of experience implementing **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM** as a Senior Functional Consultant.
- Strong **leadership and communication** skills.
- Fluent in **English** (written & spoken).
- Experience with **large-scale CRM projects** is a plus.
- Industry experience in **insurance, banking, financial services, public sector, healthcare, oil & gas, or retail** is an asset.
- Deep knowledge of **Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing** modules.
- **Dynamics 365 functional certifications** preferred.
**Responsibilities**




- Lead **Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects** from analysis to deployment.
- Understand business needs and recommend **best-fit Dynamics 365 solutions**.
- Conduct **workshops** to gather and analyze client requirements for **Service, Sales, and Marketing**.
- Design and deliver **customized solutions** that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with developers to define **customization and data migration requirements**.
- Conduct **knowledge transfer sessions** and provide documentation.
- Identify and drive **CRM business development opportunities**.
- Present **tailored demonstrations** of the latest Dynamics 365 capabilities.
