**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Finance, or similar
- 3+ years of experience as a Credit Manager in the automotive financial sector. Design processes for credit analysis in accordance with policies and methodologies for evaluation and repayment capacity, risk analysis in automotive loan approvals, implementation of KPIs in credit acceptance; implementation of strategies for improvement in the acceptance process; implementation of system improvements; customer service and feedback to the sales department.




- Fluency in written and spoken English.
