AMREP Mexico is seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join ou team. In this critical role, you will leverage your engineering expertise to enhance production processes and ensure operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, implement engineering solutions, and drive the overall production strategy.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze production workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Design and implement production systems, tools, and methodologies that enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot production issues and proactively develop solutions




- Develop and maintain documentation related to production processes and engineering standards
- Conduct root cause analysis on production failures and implement corrective actions
- Monitor production metrics and performance indicators to ensure compliance with operational targets
**Required**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in a production engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production processes, tools, and techniques
- Proficient in data analysis and statistical process control methodologies
