**About the role**
We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive AP/AR & Credit Manager to help us build and scale a new centralized finance function. Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and enjoys both getting into the details **and** improving the big picture.
This is not a plug-and-play role—**you’ll be helping build the foundation** for how Finance Operations runs going forward. Expect to wear many hats, influence decisions, and shape the future of the function.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Lead the AP, AR, and/or Credit team supporting all our North American businesses
- Improve and streamline finance processes across multiple companies and locations
- Respond to finance-related questions, resolve issues, and manage escalations
- Own month-end accruals and shared service reporting
- Keep internal processes and documentation organized and up to date
- Collaborate closely with Treasury, Tax, and other internal teams
- Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting (AP/AR/Credit)
- Experience in a **multi-currency, multi-location, high-volume** environment
- Great communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Strong Excel skills—bonus if you’ve used **Dynamics 365** or **Concur**:
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems independently
- Experience in **manufacturing/distribution** is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, **corporate but dynamic** culture
