Services are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with on-call availability 24 hours a day
Main activities:
- Handle high call volume on a fast pace environment, while displaying high level of professionalism, empathy and enthusiasm.
- **Fluent in English and Spanish.**:
- Answering patients' inquiries regarding scheduling, rescheduling and/or cancelling medical appointments promptly
- Answer inquiries about medical providers and specialist availability.




- Schedule patient transportation to our facilities.
- Answer inquiries from pharmacies, insurance companies and other medical facilities.
- Direct calls to different departments as necessary.
- Elevate customer concerns to managers and supervisors as needed.
- Adhere to the proper regulations, privacy, and other requirements.

- $15k/mo base salary before tax.
- Performance bonus up to $3,500/mo
