**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard international suppliers (mainly China and Mexico). Negotiate terms and build lasting relationships.
- Purchasing & Procurement: Handle the full purchasing cycle, including contract negotiation, order placement, and tracking.
- Logistics Oversight: Manage container shipments and inbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery into our stores.
- Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and place orders proactively.
- Data Management: Maintain and track orders and inventory using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and fulfillment teams to ensure alignment and communication.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or operations roles.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Experience working with international vendors, particularly in China and Mexico.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.




- High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
- Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Excellent fluency in English (Both written and verbal)
- Currently living in Latin America.
