**We are ALTEN Mexico**: an engineering company that provides specialized solutions for engineering, technology, and product development projects. As a Warranty Specialist at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a crucial role in the Afterasales Premium Car department. You will be responsible to assist the National Warranty Training Department on warranty issues affecting service managers, service advisors, warranty administrators and fixed operations managers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reinforce the implementation of the Anomalous Repair Control (ARC) program.
- Utilize analytical tools, including claims analysis database, to identify offline conditions and recommend solutions.
- Review warranty controls and advise group on effectiveness of filters.
- In-depth knowledge of dealership fixed operations and warranty compliance policies and procedures.
- Follows and delivers a proven training strategy as well as warranty training to dealerships to support their claims submission and goodwill processing
- Conducts training courses in accordance with performance standards.




- Conducts training for members of the wholesale organization as directed.
- Monitors dealership performance and performs follow-up as needed
- Provides ongoing coaching and training (by phone and live) as needed
- Establishes and maintains relationships with field personnel
- Participate in focus meetings, initiating actions that optimize retailer diagnostics, repair methods and Warranty Department policy and enforcement activities.
**Requirements**:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Industrial Engineer, or similar
At least 1 years of experience in warranty management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
