Your Job:
As a Planner, Network Supply Planning at Koch Inc., you will play a crucial role in enhancing our supply chain operations through detailed data analysis and strategic planning. Your primary focus will be on improving efficiency and performance within our network by conducting capacity planning, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with various teams to develop effective supply plans.
Our Team:
You will be part of the TIS_CM GS&OP; Supply Planning division, working closely with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, including Planners, Customer Service Representatives, Buyers, and Product Managers. Our team fosters a collaborative environment focused on optimizing supply chain processes and delivering value to our customers.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct data analysis to improve supply chain operations and enhance decision-making.
- Consolidate and update plant capacity and rough-cut capacity planning reports.
- Refine bills of material and update performance metrics to drive efficiency.
- Identify low utilization and profit work centers,



developing mitigation plans with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain Power BI reports and support mid/long-term supply planning.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance.
- Develop dashboards to provide visibility into supply chain status.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- University graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in planning, customer service, or inventory management within the automotive industry.
- Advanced skills in Excel, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, both oral and written in English.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Degree in supply chain management or logistics.
- Experience in supply chain planning.
- Experience as a Rapid Response user.
- APICS certification.
