**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality organization and automatization
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
- Engage in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress
- Ensure that all development activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in Kotlin iOS IOS Native Android Studio and Android Service
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Show proficiency in code reviews and maintaining code quality
- Have strong communication skills in English both written and spoken
- Experience in Listing & Finding Services domain is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Possess a proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
- Have a passion for technology and innovation.
