As a **Safety Specialist** at Carolina Logistics, you will champion safety protocols through meticulous documentation, clear communication across all stakeholders, proactive dispute resolution, and thorough incident investigation to ensure a secure working environment and prevent future occurrences.

- 1-2 years of Customer service experience

**Activities**:
- Manage and process safety-related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and internal departments regarding safety matters.
- Facilitate the resolution of safety disputes and issues.
- Negotiate and address charges or concerns related to safety incidents.
- Liaise with unsatisfied clients and insurance agents on safety-related matters.
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
- Prepare detailed safety reports.
