International logistics company is looking for a **Warehouse Operations Team Leader.**
You will be responsible for overseeing, optimising and coordinating all logístical and operational processes within the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and compliance with safety standards. This role has a strong focus on continuous process improvement, effective team management and alignment with business objectives.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade or related field.
- Fluent conversational English and Mandarin Chinese are a must (the direct manager is of Chinese origin and will have contact with Chinese customers and suppliers).
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a warehouse and supply chain operations manager and team leader.
- E-commerce warehouse operations/forwarder
- Warehouse management systems data analysis tools.
- Budgeting and costing skills Health and safety protocols.
- Transportation and Distribution Management Strategies
- Quality Control Procedures Customs and Clearance Processes
- Continuous Improvement Strategies (Lean, Six Sigma)
