You support our team as
PRODUCTION MANAGER
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Implement strategies to minimize waste and improve resource efficiency throughout the production process.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and adopt eco-friendly materials and practices.
- Supervise and lead the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify areas for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure all products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and cost control.




- Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Production Manager or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001, IATF 16949.
- Proficiency in analyzing production metrics and implementing process improvements.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, Lean Manufacturing).
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives in manufacturing.
- Experience as Team leader of medium - large teams is mandatory.
- Advanced English Level required.
- Experience working in an Automotive company.
