Responsibilities and Duties
**Architecture Design & Development**:
- Lead the design and development of microservices architecture and APIs.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and standards.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improving the architecture.
**CI/CD Implementation & Optimization**:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for software development and deployment.
- Select and configure appropriate tools and technologies for CI/CD, including build servers, version control systems, and automated testing frameworks.
- Optimize CI/CD processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and speed of delivery.
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth integration of CI/CD pipelines with existing infrastructure.
**Technical Leadership & Collaboration**:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts,



and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in software architecture and CI/CD.
**Problem Solving & Troubleshooting**:
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to software architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and implement solutions to address architectural challenges and improve system performance.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
**Requirements**:
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Software Architect or similar role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for software development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of different CI/CD tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, Go, or C#.
- Solid understanding of architectural patterns, including microservices, event-driven architectures, and API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for technology and continuous learning.
