**Purpose**
- Supervises entry-level members of the Events team to develop and implements effective functional strategies.
- Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for Events area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.




- Directs work flow of the key elements of projects ensuring efficiency and compliance within the Events function.
- Manages operational aspects of the team, as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
- Maintains steady workflow and productivity and resolves operational decisions within the team.
- Coaches less experienced staff and evaluates performance against operational goals.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in events
- Experience working with marketing teams
- Experience working with agencies and internal and external stakeholders
- Travel availability
