**Description**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law with a specialization in Labor Law.
- Minimum of two years of experience in labor law, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Thorough knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and other applicable labor regulations.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Advanced English required.
Main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the legal department in its assigned activities.
Registering and updating the management system for employment and commercial contracts with clients and suppliers.
Managing and handling procedures and activities with public and private entities where the presence of Alten México's legal representative is not required.
Reviewing and approving that client corporate documentation complies with Alten México's legal requirements, policies, and procedures.
Ensuring the preparation of contracts, termination agreements, and any other labor-related documents.




Guaranteeing support in the monitoring and implementation of internal processes and policies and compliance.
Ensuring proper communication to the organization regarding changes, updates, and/or implementations of policies, procedures, guidelines, and legal requirements.
Staying up-to-date on changes in labor legislation and their implications for the company.
