**Position Summary**:
We are hiring bilingual (Spanish-English) customer service representatives to support a digital banking platform that provides debit card services to Latino clients living in the United States. This is a service-focused position with no sales involved.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding account access, billing, and debit card use
- Assist with app navigation, feature explanations, and general service clarifications
- Provide clear, courteous, and culturally appropriate service
- Multitask across systems to provide fast, accurate responses
**Schedules Available**:




- Shifts starting at: 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 1:00 PM
- Full-time, 45 to 48 hours per week
**Compensation**:
- Weekly pay: $3,800 MXN for 45-hour shifts
- Up to $4,000 MXN for 48-hour shifts
**Requirements**:
- Advanced Spanish and basic to intermediate English proficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,000.00 per week
