- Facilitar la gestión de talento y desarrollo del personal, a través de acciones y uso de herramientas corporativas
- Gestionar y verificar el cumplimiento de administración de personal a través de procesos que den continuidad a la estrategia de talento
- Coordinar y ejecutar estrategias para atraer, desarrollar y retener al personal
- Apoyar en la ejecución de las iniciativas de HR locales
- Tropicalización de procesos internos en tiendas
- Detectar las necesidades generales de entrenamiento para el negocio mediante la identificación de oportunidades y la coordinación con el centro de expertise
