AP - CREDIT CARD ADMINISTRATOR
Office based - Mexico - (Mexico City only)
We are currently seeking a Credit Card Administrator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Credit Card Administrator at ICON, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of ICON credit card program in compliance with SOX & local policies.
What you will be doing:
- Setting up credit cards- Updating employee file- Reviewing accounts- Downloading statements- Recoding and creating invoices- Reconciliations- Assist in Month End Close process - accruals- Resolution of issues
You will need:
- Desirable 2 years of experience- Finance Experience- Advanced English for Write / Read / and Talk is a must.- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel- Good Accounting System Knowledge (Oracle Financial an advantage)- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.- Ability to work under pressure,



to strict deadlines with a high volume of transactions.- Attention to detail and good organization skills- Ability to work on Own & as a Team player.
