We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
**Financial Insight Advisory Support Specialist**
**Role purpose**:
Provide the needful finance information and analysis to the local and regional Heads of Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) to grant a correct decision making. Ensure that OMNIA information is 100% correct and consistent; support Local Relationship Managers and encourage the adoption and effective use of OMNIA within CIB Business.
**Main activities**:
**Business Impact**
- Timely and correct preparation of management reports used for decision making.
- Reconciliation of the information contained in the different management reports.
- Analysis of the results of the different businesses of CIB
**Customers and Stakeholders**
- Prepare information and analysis required by Senior Management in Mexico.
- Provide analysis and advice of added value to the different Businesses.
- Ensure that Management reports contained information 100% correct and consistent with other reports.




- Close work with Segment Heads of the different CIB businesses
- Give support as HORIS Champion relate to Customer Profitability Analysis for Mexico and LAM
**Internal Control Environment**
- Ensure that controls exist and are followed.
- Automate and streamline the reporting and reconciliation processes.
Requirements- Fluent English.
- Experience in a similar position within Financial Sector.
- Financial products knowledge
- Experience in managing work teams and negotiating with other departments.
- Proactivity and ability to discuss with the Line of Business.
- Analytical thinking.
- Tech knowledge: SQL, TM1, Excel, Python, etc.
