We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Designer to join our
dynamic team. This role bridges creative design with project execution, playing a key part
in bringing client concepts to life while ensuring projects stay on track from concept through
production.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Project Coordination:_
- Collaborate with clients, sales, and internal departments (production, printing, logistics)
to manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities including scheduling, progress tracking, and
follow-ups.
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budget
constraints are maintained.
- Communicate clearly with vendors and clients on artwork approvals, change orders, and
delivery updates.
- Prepare job updates, production briefs, and internal documentation for efficient workflow.
- Design Support:_
- Translate client briefs into design concepts and renderings aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create mock-ups, layouts, and final artwork for signage, displays, and retail




environments using Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, Solid Works, etc.
- Work closely with the Design and Production teams to ensure feasibility of designs.
- Maintain consistency and quality standards across all creative outputs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Project Management or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in design and/or project coordination. Experience with signage, printing or fabrication industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, inDesign, familiarity with 3D rendering software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English - Spanish) is a must.
