A Day in the Life
As a Talent Acquisition & Project Manager at L'Oréal, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our future by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent while driving key projects that enhance our position in the dynamic beauty industry. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues. Simultaneously, you'll spearhead projects focused on talent acquisition strategy, process optimization, and employer branding. This position provides a unique opportunity to directly contribute to L'Oréal's continued growth by building the high-performing teams that fuel our success.
- Managed full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of open roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Developed and implemented innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for hard-to-fill positions, leveraging various channels including online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Led and managed talent acquisition projects, including onboarding program development, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and interview process optimization.
We Are Looking For
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Talent Acquisition Experience:



Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the consumer goods or beauty industry. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing techniques.
- Project Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, within budget and timeline constraints. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights to inform talent acquisition strategies and project decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Spanish will be a big plus.
