Main Objective:
Responsible for the planning and purchasing of Donaldson finished goods for NFI Distribution Centers, leveraging tools such as Oracle, BI, ASCP, and Arikieva to meet customer demand in line with committed service levels. Key responsibilities include optimizing inventory to achieve targeted inventory turns, requesting forecast adjustments, executing integral-standard planning processes, managing material flow through expediting or delaying shipments based on demand, tracking open orders and backorders, and ensuring accurate system parameters.
Primary Responsibilities:
- On time delivery and stock availability
- Inventory Level Control, ITOs and DIOs
- Analize Excess and Obsolete inventory to determine causes and take actions with other team members to reduce the SLOBS amount.
- Planning Parameters: complete and maintain parameters of their items in oracle such as Lead time, MOQ, sourcing rule, etc. to ensure a correct planning process.




- Update their past due dates according to the supplier comments in order to keep end customers posted about their orders.
- coordinate and execute projects related to source changes and point of manufacture to accomplish a smooth transition.
- Follows and teaches by example the corporate guidelines on health, safety and environment
- Follow up IC customers needs and perform necessary activities to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Analyze IC customers request (Move in/outs and cancellation) and review with planning members to determine what can accept.
- Closely following up on IC customers backlog and keep them posted on recovery dates.
- Coordinate and execute shipments to IC customers
- To perform necessary activities to achieve the commit.
- To ensure having the least inventory reserved amount by the end of the month.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Engineering degree desirable.
- Experience: At least 2 years in similar positions.
- Excel, Oracle, planning concepts (ABC, lead times, Safety stock, MRP, etc).
- English Advanced
