Bachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studies -5+ years in roles such as Account Management, Sales, Retail Buyer/Associate buyer, In-stock planner/allocator, Finance/analyst roles, Marketing/merchandising roles, Product management roles or Project management roles. -At least 2 years of managing sales teams. -English proficiency: Fluent (written and spoken) -Excel proficiency: intermediate formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, and COUNTIF. Experience creating Pivot Tables and basic Pivot Charts, charts for data presentation, conditional formatting to highlight trends and data points.
- Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - Work experience preferably in the eCommerce, on-line advertising, retail technology, or IT industries
- History of exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
