Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _NPI Director _located in _Guadalajara, North_._
- Reporting to the Sr Director, Program Management, NPI Director role involves_ _working on Oversees the activities related to the technical support and process development engineering functions of a manufacturing area. Developing corporate, integral, and organizational policies, and directing cross functional activities to deliver quality programs to external customers, with the overall focus to ensure customer satisfaction and retention to generate growth for the business._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Support the program team in the guidance of clients by developing strategic plans, goals, timelines, and measures of success for implementing contracted Flex’s products and services. Act as the primary point of contact between the business and its clients._
- _ Coordinate with the client and Flex operations to define data requirements, production schedule and deliverables as required._




- _ Innovate and authorize projects using broad and far vision and expertise in customer requirements to improve and/or extend the value proposition to existing customers, linking them more firmly to Flex._
- _ Participate in and/or support major contract negotiations._
- _ Be responsible to drive, collaborate and steer business development activities to win replacement and growth business._
- _ Provide business proposal support and inputs for existing and new business._
- _ Monitor and support the program team to ensure an effective use of and participation in Quarterly Business Review process._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Experience in similar position in Industrial segment_
- _ Solid background and experience in NPI._
- _ Personnel Management._
- _ Ability to work with internal teams and executive management as well as external customers to maximize mutual benefit._
- _ Experience in drive strategic financial planning and operational efficiency_
- _ English communication skills (verbal and written)_
