Perform design, calculation and review of technical information for the manufacture of electrical transformers, in accordance with standards, international procedures (ANSI, ASME, CFE, DIN, ISO, IEEE, CSA, ASTM), internally established quality policies (TDR) and customer specifications, meeting the needs of customers and STM, with respect for the environment and consistency to safe work practices and prevention of illicit activities.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
- ** Understanding of mechanical concepts**: strength and deformation.
- ** Creation and interpretation of construction drawings** in the metal-mechanical industry, including machining instructions, welding (AWS/ISO), surface finishes, and corrosion protection systems.
- ** Intermediate knowledge of welding processes**: WPS, symbols (AWS/ISO), and non-destructive testing.
- ** Strong technical drawing skills**: proficiency in orthographic projections, including first and third angle. Experience in dimensioning and positioning elements, as well as interpreting technical drawings.
- ** Knowledge of design and manufacturing of power transformer tanks** (Desirable).
- ** Knowledge and management of BOMs** in technical drawings.
- ** Ability to communicate technical information** clearly and accurately.

- Able to make decisions and function in remote areas with minimum mentorship.

- ** Education**: Electromechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Mechatronic Engineer.
- ** Proficiency in CAD tools**: CREO (desirable), AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor.




- Professional Experience (2+ years) in (Mechanics Activities)
- ** Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes** in the metal-mechanical industry: cutting, bending, plate rolling.
- English at professional working proficiency level.

The selected person will work jointly with the Company's Factory Management, commercial and technical teams and other support areas of the Company. Working closely with sales and marketing departments to understand customer requirements and market trends. This helps in designing products that not only meet technical specifications but also appeal to the target market.
